Election Information

Nomination Petition Packets for local offices for the 2019 Consolidated Election are now available at the Mundelein Village Hall. Electronic versions of these packets are also available below (see links). Due to a decision of the 7th Circuit Court last year, political parties are no longer required to file with a full slate of candidates.

Completed nomination papers may be filed at the Mundelein Village Hall during normal business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) from December 10, 2018 through December 17, 2018.

Offices up for reelection in 2019 include: (3) Trustee positions and (1) Village Clerk position.

September 18, 2018 through December 17, 2018 – Circulation of Nomination Petitions
December 10, 2018 – First Day for Candidates to File Nomination Papers
December 17, 2018 – Last Day for Candidates to File Nomination Papers
December 24 and 25, 2018 - Village Hall Closed for the Holiday
Tuesday, April 2, 2019 – Election Day
